It was a big year for Bay-Lynx at the World of Concrete 2019 which recently took place in Las Vegas. After months of anticipation, the BatchPro Connect was introduced.
It was clear by the crowds that were drawn to the Bay-Lynx booth that concrete producers are very interested in our new offering.
The BatchPro Connect is a three tier solution for concrete producers, addressing the three key audiences of a concrete production business: the customer, the dispatcher and the operator. From ordering to pouring, to recording, every step of the day-to-day operation is facilitated by the app.
BatchPro Connect is different from other software serving the concrete industry. For one, it is not solely a dispatch software. While a dispatch solution is included and generates a lot of interest, calling BatchPro Connect a dispatch software would not do justice to the wide range of functionality it offers.
Referred to as a “business in a box” solution, the software manages order takings, assigning jobs, collecting payment, calibrating your machine, giving detailed diagnostics, creating custom mix designs and servicing your machine. The app connects to your mixer to make any tedious task simpler and easier.
World of Concrete 2019 was perhaps Bay-Lynx’s strongest tradeshow yet due to the big reveal. We are now in the process of rolling out the software to a select group of customers.
